SocialSway Terms of Service

Using SocialSway

These terms govern use of SocialSway. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization or brand you manage. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, provide accurate information, and use only accounts and content you are entitled to control. Current access may be invite-only and subject to the permissions assigned to your account.

Your content and instructions

You retain your rights in your uploaded content. You give us permission to host, process, display and transfer that content as needed to provide the features you choose, including authorized publishing, creative processing and third-party editing. You are responsible for rights, licenses, releases and permissions for your content and for reviewing posts before publication. Do not upload unlawful content, credentials, malware, or confidential information unsuitable for shareable media delivery links. Do not misuse the service or attempt to access another user's or brand's information.

Connected platforms and Canva

SocialSway relies on services such as social networks, Zernio, Canva and configured AI providers. Their availability, permissions, plans and terms apply independently. We do not grant a Canva Pro subscription or third-party content license. You connect your own Canva account and authorize the required permissions. Edit in Canva sends the selected image to Canva; importing an edit saves a separate verified PNG to its source brand. It preserves the original and does not automatically publish a post. Keep one page and the original dimensions for import. Each carousel image is handled separately, and a flattened uploaded image is not automatically converted into editable text layers.

AI and user review

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other content. Review images, text, dimensions, factual claims, brand use and rights before publishing. You remain responsible for deciding whether an output is suitable for your audience. No particular marketing result, engagement level, originality or legal clearance is guaranteed.

Fees and spending information

Any SocialSway charges must be disclosed separately before purchase. Connected services may charge their own fees according to their plans and your use. Spending views may include estimates and provider-supplied records; timing, taxes, credits, refunds and delayed provider information can affect totals. The provider's final invoice and payment record govern amounts owed to that provider. These terms do not create a new subscription or authorize an undisclosed charge.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update or discontinue features, and third parties may change their APIs, limits or availability. Publishing and analytics depend on those services. We may restrict access to address abuse, security concerns or legal obligations. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide notice of material changes or restrictions.

Ending access and data

You may request account closure using the contact above. Disconnecting a provider stops that connection; it does not automatically delete content already posted, designs already created in Canva, or imported copies. Archive and soft-delete actions are not equivalent to immediate permanent storage removal. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and deletion requests. You should retain copies of important material.

Responsibility and applicable rights

The service is provided subject to applicable law and the capabilities described in the product. We do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for unauthorized or unlawful use attributable to your actions; we are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Contact us first to try to resolve a service dispute. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.
