For help, include the affected brand, the feature, what you expected, what happened, and any non-sensitive error message. Never send your password, access tokens, recovery codes or payment-card details.

Editing an image in Canva

1. Sign in to SocialSway and choose the correct brand.
2. Open Media Library and select Edit in Canva on an image.
3. Connect your own Canva account and approve the displayed permissions.
4. Send the image, then choose Open in Canva.
5. Make your changes, keep one page and the original canvas dimensions, and wait for Canva to finish saving.
6. Return to SocialSway and choose Import edited copy.
7. The new PNG appears in the original brand's library; the original remains unchanged.

Use Canva edits to reopen an existing session. Each carousel image is edited individually. Existing text in an uploaded flat image is not automatically editable as text. Canva premium elements depend on your own Canva plan. Importing does not publish a social post.

Common issues

• Connection unavailable: the app may still be awaiting Canva approval or account configuration. Ask support rather than repeatedly starting new sessions.
• Reconnect requested: reconnect the same Canva account and team used for the session.
• Size or page-count error: restore the original pixel dimensions and one page in Canva, wait for saving, then retry import.
• Brand or source changed: start a new edit from the current source in its intended brand.
• Unsure whether a request finished: reopen Canva edits and check the existing session before starting another.

Privacy and deletion requests

Use the contact above to request access, correction, export, account closure or permanent deletion. Include your SocialSway account email and the scope of your request. We may verify that you are authorized. Archive or soft-delete is not immediate permanent storage removal. Disconnecting Canva revokes the connection and removes its stored credentials; existing Canva designs, SocialSway copies and editing history remain until separately managed.
